Junior Technical Writer (Entry-Level)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to help create clear and easy-to-understand documentation for systems, processes, and tools. This role is open to fresh graduates who have strong writing skills, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn technical concepts.
You will work with different teams to turn information into simple documents that users can easily follow.
Responsibilities
• Write and update basic documentation such as:
• User guides and manuals
• Process documents and SOPs
• Help articles and FAQs
• Edit and proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and accuracy
• Gather information from team members and subject matter experts
• Organize content using templates and style guides
• Update documents when systems or processes change
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, Business, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good grammar and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Word, Google Docs, etc.)
• Willingness to learn technical tools and systems
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Internship, school project, or volunteer writing experience
• Basic understanding of software or business processes
• Familiarity with documentation or collaboration tools (Confluence, Notion, etc.)
